APPLICATION FORM

Please complete the following form for inclusion in the Information-Desk.com online Directory and/or include your leaflet in our worldwide mailing of tourist Information Packs.

Please read our conditions carefully:
1. Submission is no guarantee of acceptance.
2. We reserve the right not to list in the Directory or include in our Mail Service.
3. We require payment in advance for both services.
4. At any time you can request the removal of your entry or stop the mailings.
5. The Directory description should be no greater than 150 characters.
6. The entry image will be max width 140 pixels, max height 100 pixels, max files size 8kb.
7. Join the Directory for an annual cost of £30 without hyperlink, £45 with hyperlink (VAT extra).
Please contact PPD for multiple entries.
8. Join the Information Pack Mailing Service for an annual charge of only £100. Lightweight leaflets only. This offers exceptional value since we estimate 2,500 packs annually (ie. 5p per unit)!
